Hands-on, sensory experiences where guests are guided through an in depth exploration of tea.

The tea tasting experience is presented as a guided flight, allowing guests to explore a range of flavors, aromas, and tea styles while learning what makes each tea unique. The tea blending experience offers a more creative, hands-on approach, where guests select from over 30 premium teas, herbs, and botanicals—ranging from fragrant florals to comforting herbs and vibrant spices—to create and taste their own custom blends during the gathering.

Tea experiences can be thoughtfully tailored to reflect the occasion, event theme, and flow of your celebration—whether you’re hosting an intimate shower, a festive gathering, or a milestone moment.

Guests will immerse themselves in a relaxing afternoon of creativity, flavor, and color through tea blending and watercolor painting.

The experience begins at my interactive tea blending bar, where each person will craft a personalized cup of tea from 30+ ingredients. Attendees will sip on their own creation as our watercolor host, Jacqueline of Blueprint Creative, guides them through a warm-up exercise in which they’ll learn how to blend color and water using various brush techniques. Then, with guidance, they’ll combine their new knowledge to paint their own watercolor. Throughout the event, they are welcome to return to the tea bar to explore new blends and get inspiration from the tea leaves. 

No prior tea or painting experience needed. Just curiosity and a love of sipping and making!

FAQs

  • We host private tea experiences at the client’s home or rented location. Public events are available periodically at partner locations within Napa and Sonoma.

  • Some of our favorite tea experiences are those with guests who think they ‘don’t like tea.’ We find that many people haven’t truly experienced high quality flavorful tea and when given the opportunity to explore our 30+ ingredients are incredibly surprised to find they in fact LOVE tea. We provide guidance and suggestions throughout the experience so those who are not familiar with tea can get personal recommendations based on their flavor preferences.

  • Event pricing will vary based on the number of guests, type of tea experience (i.e. tea blending or tasting workshop, tea & watercolor workshop), and travel expenses. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
