The tea tasting experience is presented as a guided flight, allowing guests to explore a range of flavors, aromas, and tea styles while learning what makes each tea unique. The tea blending experience offers a more creative, hands-on approach, where guests select from over 30 premium teas, herbs, and botanicals—ranging from fragrant florals to comforting herbs and vibrant spices—to create and taste their own custom blends during the gathering.

Tea experiences can be thoughtfully tailored to reflect the occasion, event theme, and flow of your celebration—whether you’re hosting an intimate shower, a festive gathering, or a milestone moment.

Held at Lighthouse Wellness Studio, a tranquil space tucked just off the charming streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea, this guided tea meditation offers an opportunity to step away from the bustle of town and settle into stillness. Inspired by the natural beauty of Carmel—the rhythm of the ocean, the fresh coastal air, and the unhurried pace of this special place—this practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with the present moment.

During this 50-minute mindfulness meditation, you'll be guided through the mindful preparation and enjoyment of tea. Each participant will have their own tea set, allowing the simple ritual of brewing and sipping tea to become an anchor for awareness, presence, and calm.

Whether you're new to meditation, curious about tea as a mindfulness practice, or have an established practice, this class welcomes all experience levels. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

  • We host private tea experiences at the client’s home or rented location. We also partner with Lighthouse Wellness Studio in Carmel and can arrange to host onsite depending on availability. Public events are available periodically at partner locations within Carmel and Monterey.

  • Some of our favorite tea experiences are those with guests who think they ‘don’t like tea.’ We find that many people haven’t truly experienced high quality flavorful tea and when given the opportunity to explore our 30+ ingredients are incredibly surprised to find they in fact LOVE tea. We provide guidance and suggestions throughout the experience so those who are not familiar with tea can get personal recommendations based on their flavor preferences.

  • Event pricing will vary based on the number of guests and type of tea experience (i.e. tea blending or tasting workshop, tea blending bar, or tea meditation). After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
