Corporate Retreat Experiences

Whether you're planning your own retreat or looking for someone to design and facilitate the entire experience, tea can be woven into your day in a way that feels intentional, engaging, and connected to your goals.

Option 1: Add a Tea Experience

You plan the retreat. We’ll create an experience that fits seamlessly into it.

Tea Blending Workshop

An interactive, memorable experience that fits seamlessly into any corporate retreat. Whether you're looking for an engaging afternoon activity, a creative reset between sessions, or a meaningful way to bring your team together, a tea blending workshop can be adapted to your schedule, group size, and retreat goals.

During this hands-on workshop, your team will explore a curated selection of loose-leaf teas, herbs, and botanicals before creating a personalized tea blend to enjoy and take home. The experience encourages creativity, conversation, and connection while offering a natural change of pace from meetings and more structured retreat sessions.

Tea Meditation

Treat your team to a quiet meditation, a warm cup of tea, and a few mindful moments together.

During this 1 hour mindfulness meditation, your team will be guided through the mindful preparation and enjoyment of tea. Each participant will have their own tea set, allowing the simple ritual of brewing and sipping tea to become an anchor for awareness, relaxation, and group synchrony.

In addition to the benefits of a meditation session, your team will learn how to personally integrate mindful tea practices into their daily life. Further, research shows that behavioral synchrony enhances cognitive synchrony among groups—making teams better at collaborating.

This workshop is build for all levels, whether your team is new to meditation and tea brewing or experienced practitioners.

Option 2: Have Me Design and Facilitate Your Retreat

I'll create the structure, facilitate the day, and weave tea and other experiences throughout.

Strategic Retreat Facilitation

When your team needs more than a day away from the office, I can design and facilitate a retreat around the questions, challenges, and decisions that matter most to your organization.

These research-informed retreats draw on principles from cognitive science, organizational psychology, and group facilitation to create the conditions for deeper thinking, productive collaboration, and meaningful decision-making. The day is intentionally structured to balance focused strategy work with reflection, creativity, movement, connection, and tea experiences—giving your team different ways to engage and process information throughout the day.

I bring experience facilitating corporate retreats and high-level executive meetings where thoughtful input from multiple stakeholders was essential and the topics being addressed required discretion, careful facilitation, and a path toward agreement. The result is a retreat designed around your team—not a predetermined agenda—with a clear structure for turning important conversations into shared understanding, decisions, and next steps.

Wellness Retreat Facilitation

Give your team space to step away from the demands of work, reconnect, and recharge—with a retreat designed to support both individual wellbeing and the health of the team as a whole.

These research-informed wellness retreats are created around what we know about how our brains and nervous systems respond to rest, movement, creativity, connection, and intentional changes in pace. Rather than filling the day with back-to-back activities, the retreat creates a thoughtful rhythm of restorative experiences, reflection, creative exploration, and time together.

Tea is woven throughout the experience as a grounding ritual and opportunity for connection. The goal isn't simply to give your team a day off. It's to create the space, experiences, and conditions that allow people to slow down, reconnect, and return to their work with renewed energy and perspective.
