Tea Blending Bar

From welcome receptions to networking breaks and exhibitor halls, the Tea Blending Bar gives attendees a memorable reason to pause, mingle, and start conversations.

Guests are invited to stop by the Tea Blending Bar at their leisure, where they'll select from a curated assortment of loose-leaf teas, herbs, and botanicals to create a custom tea bag. The result is a made-to-order tea they can enjoy on the spot. Not only does the Tea Blending Bar provide a flavorful, non-alcoholic beverage it encourages attendees to gather and share a unique experience together. For an added takeaway, guests can also create a custom loose-leaf blend to package in a take-home jar, extending the conference experience long after the event concludes.

Tea Blending Workshop

Whether you're welcoming attendees, facilitating small-group networking, or adding an engaging break between sessions, this workshop transforms shared creativity into genuine connection.

We introduce foundational blending principles, explore ingredient pairing, and guide guests through hands-on experimentation with over 30 premium teas, herbs, and botanicals—ranging from fragrant florals to soothing herbs and vibrant spices. As guests create, brew, and taste multiple custom blends, the experience naturally encourages conversation and provides a refreshing alternative to traditional networking or icebreaker activities. Each guest leaves with a take-home jar of their favorite blend, created entirely by them.

FAQs

  • We host tea experiences at the client’s location (office or rented venue). We do not currently have a physical space for you to travel to but will come wherever you are within California.

  • Some of our favorite tea experiences are those with guests who think they ‘don’t like tea.’ We find that many people haven’t truly experienced high quality flavorful tea and when given the opportunity to explore our 30+ ingredients are incredibly surprised to find they in fact LOVE tea. We provide guidance and suggestions throughout the experience so those who are not familiar with tea can get personal recommendations based on their flavor preferences.

  • Event pricing will vary based on the number of guests, type of tea experience (i.e. tea blending bar or workshop), and travel expenses. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
